1. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your password secure, and use only accounts you are authorized to control. One person may not use multiple accounts to exploit rewards or the game economy.

2. Game rules

Kinvia money, property, vehicles, XP, and other items are fictional game assets with no real-world monetary value. Do not automate gameplay, exploit bugs, alter requests, disrupt the service, harass others, impersonate another person, or use unlawful or offensive names or content.

3. Fair play and moderation

We may correct balances, remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict access when necessary to protect players, the service, or the game economy. Report vulnerabilities privately rather than exploiting or publishing them.

4. Privacy

Kinvia stores account details and gameplay progress needed to operate the service. Passwords are stored as secure hashes. Operators should publish a separate privacy notice describing hosting logs, retention, cookies, contact details, and local legal requirements before public launch.

5. Availability

The service is provided as available. Features, rewards, prices, and content may change. Progress may occasionally be adjusted for maintenance, security, balancing, or recovery.

6. Ownership

Kinvia’s code, branding, graphics, and original content belong to the site operator or their licensors. Players retain rights to lawful content they submit and grant the operator permission to display and moderate it within the service.

7. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranties and the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the service.
