These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Kinvia. By accessing or using the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not create an account, submit content, or continue using restricted member features.

Eligibility and Safe Use

You must be legally permitted to use online community services where you live. Younger users should use Kinvia with the awareness and permission of a parent or guardian when required by local law.

Kinvia is designed to help Minecraft players discover others with similar interests. Users should use good judgment before sharing personal information or communicating outside the website.

Accounts and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information.
• Keeping your password private and secure.
• All activity performed through your account.
• Updating information that becomes inaccurate or misleading.
• Immediately reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Usernames may not impersonate staff, mislead other users, contain abusive language, or violate another person's rights.

Player Listings

Player listings are intended to help users find others to play Minecraft with. Listings must be truthful, relevant, and appropriate for the site's purpose.

• Do not post false ages, identities, platforms, or availability.
• Do not advertise unrelated products or services.
• Do not include passwords, addresses, payment details, or other sensitive information.
• Do not create duplicate listings to manipulate visibility.
• Do not use listings to harass, deceive, or target another user.

Kinvia may disable or remove listings that violate these terms or create safety concerns.

Community Topics and Comments

Community topics and comments should contribute to useful, respectful discussion. Users may disagree, but personal attacks, threats, harassment, and deliberate disruption are not allowed.

Topic owners may remove comments from their own topics where that feature is available. Administrators may also remove content for moderation, safety, legal, or operational reasons.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Kinvia to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, shame, or intimidate another person.
• Post hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, or violent content.
• Share malware, phishing links, malicious scripts, or deceptive downloads.
• Attempt to bypass bans, restrictions, permissions, or security controls.
• Impersonate another user, staff member, organization, or public figure.
• Collect user information without permission.
• Spam, flood, scrape, automate, or overload site features.
• Post illegal content or encourage unlawful activity.
• Manipulate reports, comments, ratings, or moderation tools.

Moderation, Restrictions, and Appeals

Kinvia administrators may review, disable, edit, restrict, archive, or remove content when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, maintain the site, or comply with legal obligations.

Accounts may be warned, limited, suspended, or banned. Banned users may be restricted to the banned notice and contact page so they can submit an appeal.

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that a moderation decision will be reversed.

User Content and Permissions

You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant Kinvia permission to store, display, reproduce, format, and moderate that content as needed to operate the service.

You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other legal rights.

Deleting content may not immediately remove every backup, log entry, moderation record, or cached copy where retention is reasonably necessary.

Security and Technical Restrictions

You may not probe, scan, exploit, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to Kinvia, its database, hosting environment, accounts, or administrative tools.

Service Availability and Changes

Kinvia may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time. The site may become temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, hosting problems, updates, security work, or circumstances outside Kinvia's control.

Kinvia does not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, or continued availability of any particular feature.

Disclaimers

Kinvia is provided on an “as available” basis. Listings, comments, topics, profile details, links, and other user-submitted content may not be independently verified.

Kinvia does not guarantee that another user is truthful, safe, available, or suitable to contact. Users are responsible for their own decisions, communications, and interactions.

Kinvia is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft unless explicitly stated.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinvia and its operators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use, loss of data, user conduct, external links, or service interruption.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated when Kinvia adds features, changes its operations, or responds to legal or safety requirements. The updated date at the top of this page indicates when the current version became effective.

Continued use of Kinvia after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
